Talton House is calm, beautifully laid out like your own luxurious 18C country manor. Set in a rural idyll of river, mill stream, lake, lawns, parkland and woods, it comes complete with warm and knowledgeable staff. Food is our passion and nowhere is the attention to detail more obvious than in our seasonally prepared dishes, finely stocked wine cellar or delicious cocktails.
For fun and down time there is an all-weather tennis court, games room Pétanques, croquet, a hot tub and even a dressing-up cupboard.
Furthermore, Talton harbours a secret garden within its grounds. Amidst the Victorian Kitchen Garden is the pavilion bar, wood fired pizza oven, Giant Hat tipis, tree-boathouse, orchard wagon, hand-carved yurts and a spacious, 17century barn conversion.
Try us for just a private meeting room or exclusive use of Talton House, the Lodge or both for up to 100 delegates in the day or overnight from 15 – 42 (sharing).

Centrally heated to temperature with atmospheric wood-burners in downstairs reception rooms. Some logs provided and paid top-ups available.

Prices for 18 people (W/E) 20 people (weekly) self catering inc linen, towels, cleaning basics. Extras at £40 pppn, kids £20, up to a max of 24.
At Christmas and Easter it’s 5 nights min stay, summer holidays is minimum a week.
Reservation /damage deposit: £600. Refundable after your stay.
