The Telephone Exchange has been converted from an old repeater station to a luxurious individual venue, perfect for small business groups looking for something different to a hotel environment.
Just set back off the main road that runs between Buxton and Ashbourne the property is easily accessible, while still being in a beautiful rural location. The High Peak trail is only 200m away from the property and is great for walking all year around, bikes can also hired at the cycle hire centre just across the road from the property.
The most distinctive feature of the venue is the huge open plan downstairs living/dining area; furnished with beautiful designer sofas and a wall mounted log burner, this is a great space for informal meetings. The 3 large dining tables can easily be rearranged to accommodate up to 24 guests in a board room style or in fact any arrangement you like! We can provide flip charts and a projector screen.
There is a fabulous modern fully equipped kitchen in order to self-cater, or why not stroll down the High Peak Trail to our award winning pub, the Royal Oak, to sample a local ale and hearty pub food.
There are 9 modern bedrooms, all with en suites; to offer the greatest flexibility all the bedrooms can be made up as a doubles or twins, so comfortably accommodating 18 guests in shared rooms or 9 guests in sole occupancy.
