At the front of the house are 2 separate living rooms - whether gathering around the wood burner with a glass of wine, settling down for a film or simply catching up with family and friends, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The sleeping accommodation is equally generous, with 5 beautifully presented bedrooms arranged across the upper floors, sleeping 11 guests (with 2 pull outs and a day bed for additional guests to a max of 14). Several bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities and there's a luxurious family bathroom with a roll top bath. Outside, the private garden provides another wonderful social space. We have flexible payment plans and our prices are sometimes much cheaper ‘off peak’. - - Deposit on booking of 25%, balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay. - - Damage deposit of £1000 payable 1 week prior to arrival and held, refunded after your stay subject to no damage. - - Min 2 nights stay, bank holidays and Christmas and New Year being 3 night minimum stay. Check in from 4pm, check out by 11am. Self check in with lockbox. - - We do not accept day guests above the capacity of the house. - - Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed for an additional charge of £50 per dog.
