Looking for somewhere that can comfortably bring a big group together? The Allendale Wolf sleeps up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms, with 8 bathrooms, fantastic social spaces and its own private hot tub – all in the heart of beautiful Allendale.

Perfect for family celebrations, milestone birthdays, reunions, walking and cycling groups or weekends away with friends, the Wolf is designed for sociable group stays without everyone feeling on top of one another.

The heart of the house is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Its showpiece is a full-size snooker table that cleverly transforms into a dining table seating 20, then converts again for table tennis – ideal for long dinners, competitive evenings and relaxed days together. The well-equipped kitchen has a large range cooker and plenty of space for catering for a full house.

For a change of pace, retreat to the separate snug and cinema lounge, with a large Smart TV, comfortable sofas, record player and darts. Outside, the private garden has seating, BBQ facilities and a hot tub – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the North Pennines.

The flexible 8-bedroom layout includes doubles, singles, bunks and family rooms, making the house work equally well for mixed-age family groups and groups of friends. Most bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and pets are welcome too.

Best of all, you are right on Allendale Market Place. Traditional pubs, cafés, shops and village amenities are just steps away, while spectacular walking, cycling and countryside are on the doorstep. Hexham, Hadrian’s Wall and the wider Northumberland countryside are all within easy reach.

The Allendale Wolf is more than somewhere to sleep – it is a house made for bringing people together, with space to eat, play, celebrate and relax under one roof.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved pets are welcome (max 2 dogs), but not in the bedrooms. A separate damage deposit will be taken.
- **Accessibility:** There are no disabled facilities in terms of lifts.
- **Hot Tub:** Located in the private garden.
- **WiFi:** The bunkhouse has WiFi.
- **Kitchen:** The kitchen features a fully electric 4 oven large range cooker, large fridge freezer and larder cupboards providing plenty of storage space.
- **Dining Room:** The dining area consists of a snooker table which transforms into a table tennis and dining table. There is also a dart board.
- **Sitting Room:** The sitting area consists of a large corner sofa, foot stools and a further sofa with reading lights. It is adjacent to the dining area.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a large smart TV. There is also a TV in the attic games room with a Wii and PS3.
- **Games Room:** The new games room has a pool table, an air hockey table, large TV and DVD player, Nintendo Wii and games, reading chairs and play corner.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The entire building has central heating and plenty of hot water available at all times.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 1 triple room, 1 quad room and 3 family rooms.
- **Linen:** Linen is provided, beds are made up with a duvet and one pillow.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 2 toilets downstairs, all en suite facilities on the 2nd floor and the 1st floor has 2 en suite rooms 2 rooms share.
- **Children's Facilities:** Family friendly interconnecting bedrooms (rooms 6 and 7) as well as two playgrounds and a park in Allendale, 3 and 5 minute's walk from the Bunkhouse.
- **Outdoor:** Patio area with outdoor seating, fit pit and BBQ and hot tub.
- **Swimming Pool:** The nearest swimming pool is in Hexham, 10 minute drive from Allendale.
- **Parking:** Parking is available in front of the bunkhouse and on the market place, free of charge.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the building, but there are designated outside smoking areas.
