The Arches really is all about the location. Right in the bustling centre of Stirling, this is a brilliant choice for groups of friends, multi generation families, stags and hens (by appointment only) getting together for a holiday, celebration or city break. Stirling is a small city with a big history and plenty of attractions as well as being the gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The properties are only 45 minutes from the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, so a great simple practical base for keen walkers and cyclists looking to explore the area (secure cycle store by appointment). It is just off the M9 and within an hour of Edinburgh and Glasgow. And a short walk to the train station.
These 4 holiday apartments in Stirling are suitable for larger numbers in one private building, or can be booked as individual apartments as single or double occupancy rooms. Each has a fully equipped dining kitchen with small seating area, and dining tables and breakfast bars for the number of guests in each apartment (unfortunately we cannot accommodate large numbers dining together from the different apartments, however if you are a large group call us for special arrangements). There are numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways nearby if that's your preference. The Arches has its own garden shared between the 4 apartments, with picnic benches, a nice spot where everyone can get together over a cold beer or glass of wine. All have washer/dryers and dishwashers.
All of the bedrooms are small doubles and all have small en suite shower rooms. They are newly decorated with light-giving large windows and practical, clean simple furnishings and furniture.
Stirling Castle is within walking distance from the apartments as are many attractions and evening amenities.
