This venue is also ideal for walking or cycling groups and corporate away breaks.

The open plan living accommodation is gorgeous: vaulted ceilings, feature walls, open spaces, sofas and cosy wood burners. In The Old Mill it's possible to seat all 48 guests for a special dinner, prepared by outside caterers if you wish. Bespoke kitchens come equipped with modern appliances, and there's a utility room in The Old Mill with a washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating creates a toasty ambient place to relax and socialise. And there's no shortage of sofas and armchairs for catching up with friends or watching a film on the large TVs.

Each property has a hot tub situated in the communal central courtyard, with the option to hire in an extra one, also a lovely spot to sit day or night and enjoy the Herefordshire landscape with a glass of wine or chilled beer. The games rooms are a focal point for youngsters offering table tennis, table football and air hockey, and the winter sitting rooms in The Old Mill handy extra space.

There are 12 ground floor bedrooms, helpful for anyone in the group who wishes to avoid stairs. The triple rooms and quad rooms are upstairs, dens for the children away from the grown ups with landing space to spread their toys out.
