The bar/kitchen area in the games room has a bar fridge with an icemaker. Patio doors lead from the games room to the large sea-facing furnished patio, which is lit at night and includes a charcoal BBQ. Also on the ground floor are 2 king bedrooms and 2 twins, each with en suite shower rooms. There is also a separate kitchenette and WC.

The first floor boasts an open-plan living and dining area with a handmade dining table that seats 14. A full-width balcony offers picturesque sea views, and the modern kitchen is equipped with twin ovens, an American-style fridge freezer with an icemaker, a dishwasher, and a breakfast table for 6. The first floor includes a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate WC.

- Friday changeover 4pm check in, 10am check out. Short breaks available out of season.

- Reservations made within 6 months of the start of the holiday will require a 50% deposit and the balance paid 6 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings made more than 6 months in advance of the start date will require a 25% deposit, 25% 6 months before the holiday start date and the balance 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
