No floor plans are available for this property. ## About The Property Staying at this large, family friendly house on the Kapiti Coast of North Island is all about spending time together in a fabulous beachfront setting with plenty of space to spread out. The Big Bach sleeps up to 26 people, perfect for a relaxed family getaway, a weekend with friends, or for time away from the workplace with colleagues. The upstairs level has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, making the most of the views and enabling everyone to hang out, cook, chat and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need, including a bread maker, rice cooker, blender, food processor and slow cooker. The dining table seats 12 inside, and there are two more outdoor tables, so big shared meals are easy. The living room has deep, comfortable couches and a closed fireplace that keeps the place warm on cooler days. Bedrooms are a mix of a king, queens and rooms with bunks, some for families or a den for the youngsters. There are 3 bathrooms in total and a laundry room with washer and dryer, which keeps things simple for longer stays. Outside, the house has multiple decked areas, so you can pick a sunny spot at any time of day. The wraparound upper deck gets morning and afternoon sun, while the downstairs deck is a good place to relax later in the day. There’s a big barbecue for group meals outside and plenty of seating for everyone, with a stunning backdrop of Kapiti Island. The house is private and fully fenced, giving children plenty of room to play. Younger children will enjoy the Wendy house and the old boat set into the decking, while adults can unwind in the hot tub for 9 or enjoy the games room. If you fancy getting out on the water, there are kayaks, a paddleboard and a surf ski for guest use, and an outdoor hot shower for when you come back. Beach access is right on the doorstep, making it easy to head out for a swim, walk or a quick paddle.  Raumati and Paraparaumu nearby have sandy beaches and options for lunch or dinner out. Explore Kapiti Island and its bird life, or enjoy short walks through Queen Elizabeth Park.
