Sitting on the cliff overlooking a glorious sandy beach near St Ives, this family holiday house is hard to beat for a summer holiday, or a weekend get together at any time of year.

The Big Beach House is a beautiful, spacious home, ideal for large multi generational families or groups of friends. Perfectly located just moments from the stunning three-mile stretch of golden sand at St Ives Bay, it’s a wonderful base for relaxing seaside holidays, beach days and making special memories together.

The Big Beach House is a large and welcoming home that sleeps up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. While it’s not luxurious, the house is very comfortable, practical and homely — a place where everyone can relax and feel at ease. The dining room can seat up to 20 at 2 long tables for shared meals, and the sitting room has plenty of comfy seating, and spectacular sea views across the garden. A conservatory provides another seating area, and there's a playroom allowing the younger members of your group their own space. The huge kitchen has all you might need to self cater, and laundry facilities are available for longer stays too.

Bedrooms are a mix of doubles and twins, some with extra bunk beds too. A couple of bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with shower facilities too, making the house suitable for those for whom stairs are tricky.

The house offers parking for up to 6 cars, and a seafront garden with outdoor furniture for enjoying the fresh air. There's a wide range of watersports available locally, include windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, sailing and fishing. There are lagoons at low tide for safe paddling and the sailing of model boats. A local shop provides essentials in the season, and a couple of pubs are within walking distance.

Just steps from the three-mile sandy beach of St Ives Bay, The Big Beach House is a fantastic base for classic seaside holidays and laid-back group getaways.

- **Accessibility:** 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one step in to hall. Shower facilities also on ground floor.

- **Bathrooms:** No en suite bathrooms, but 2 full bathrooms and one shower room, all with WCs.
- **Outdoor:** A wide lawn overlooking the sea with plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue and fire pit.

- **Food and Drink:** The Bucket of Blood is a great pub nearby and walking distance away, even closer is The Bluff where they serve food and drink, right on the seafront. They have a playpark for children too.
- **Shop:** We have a choice of supermarkets, Lidl and Asda are both in town, as is Marks and Spencer. There is a local shop from Easter where you can find all the basics plus newspapers and magazines.
