Formed by combining two beautifully designed neighbouring cottages, The Big Green Barn offers the perfect mix of shared social space and private comfort. Linked by an interconnecting door, each cottage has its own hot tub and games room, making this Yorkshire retreat ideal for large families, groups of friends and multi-generational stays.

The property features a bright open-plan living space, with expansive glass patio doors framing countryside views. The sociable living area is ideal for gathering together and flows into a well-equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer, drinks fridge, breakfast bar and modern appliances. A cosy snug with a Smart TV provides a quieter retreat, while the games room complete with a pool table, dartboard and bar area is perfect for evenings in.

Through the interconnecting door, Field Cottage continues the fun with a second games room featuring table football, Smart TV and relaxed seating. A second fully equipped kitchen and an eight-seater dining table make catering for larger groups easy, supported by two downstairs WCs.

Across both cottages, light-filled open-plan spaces create a welcoming atmosphere day and night. The property sleeps up to 16 guests across eight stylish bedrooms, all with Smart TVs. Seven rooms can be arranged as twins, with one fixed double. One ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower offers added accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.

Outside, fully enclosed gardens linked by an interconnecting gate provide a safe space for children and dogs. Relax in the two jacuzzi-style hot tubs or enjoy alfresco dining with countryside views.

Each cottage dining table seats up to eight guests. - A 33% deposit secures your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Prior to your arrival, we kindly request your card details for our precautionary damage procedure. This involves a temporary hold on your card details and ensures coverage for any potential damages during your stay.

- We operate a live booking system and prices change periodically with demand, you may see prices increase or decrease depending on your chosen dates, length of stay and seasonal changes.
- 
- Our 2-night weekend prices are the same as our 3 night weekend prices. Therefore, we recommend booking a 3 night break and take advantage of a later departure on the Sunday.
