The Burren is a spacious coastal home, with The Cottage just across the yard, perfectly situated above Dundrum Bay and only 25 miles south of Belfast. From panoramic windows, the Mourne Mountains rise dramatically across the water, a view that never fails to inspire - whether you’re sipping morning coffee on either patio or settling by the fire after a windswept walk along the beach. Ideal for multi generational groups, The Burren and The Cottage allow those seeking extra privacy to enjoy their own space. This is a fantastic base, too, for golfers, walkers and small corporate gatherings.

Inside the larger property space and comfort abound, with 4 flexible bedrooms making this the perfect house for families or friends. The open plan living and dining area is made for gathering over long, laughter-filled suppers around the oak table, board games by the crackling log fire, and lazy mornings in the sunlit lounge. Upstairs, a second sitting room with balcony views offers a quiet spot to watch the light change over the sea. Both have full satellite TV packages and seating for 9+.

Step inside the Cottage to a warm, spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove - ideal for evenings with a glass of wine, or a quiet moment with a book. 2 restful bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with every modern convenience make this a home that’s as easy as it is comfortable.

Outside, there’s nearly an acre of secure garden at The Burren and a patio area at The Cottage. There's a golf club quality full size golf net and mat for practising. A private path leads directly to Tyrella Beach, a 2 mile stretch of private golden sands where you can stroll, splash or simply breathe in the salt air. With world-class golf, coastal trails, heritage villages, Downpatrick Racecourse, local pony trekking and point to point racing, and the Game of Thrones Studio Tour all close by, The Burren is the perfect base for exploring, relaxing and reconnecting.
