A coastal holiday house situated in the grounds of an impressive Georgian Grade 2 listed former Gentleman's Residence in the southern coastal town of Gosport near Portsmouth, The Coach House sleeps 9 (+1) guests.
With ample parking (shared with Bury Villa) the property is just a short walk from Gosport town centre or a 5 minute drive to Stokes Bay beach.
The 4 bedrooms each come with an adjoining en suite bath/shower room with one of these being able to double as a communal bathroom if required.
The kitchen is fitted with light modern units with granite worktops plus a centre island and is fitted fully equipped for self catering. In addition there's a separate utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large dining table and 8 chairs for the whole group to eat together. The adjacent lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas and large matching armchair made for relaxation, plus a large wall mounted flat screen TV.
The rear garden can be accessed from the dining room. This area is made up of patio and lawn, and there are outside tables and chairs plus a gas BBQ, great for al fresco dining and relaxing after a busy day out and about. A hot tub can be hired in on request (conditions and charges apply).
The driveway has space to allow off road parking for 4 cars plus is shared with its parent property Bury Villa, which is a 7 bedroom Grade 2 listed house able to sleep up to 18 guests with additional parking for another 5 cars.
With the two houses being able to be rented together (please contact us for availability) you can sleep up to 27 guests with 9 parking spaces, if required.
