## About The Property

The Croft Farm comprises three units on a private site within the quiet village of Thornhaugh, just outside Peterborough and the Georgian town of Stamford. The cottages are available individually or in any combination.

The Farmhouse sleeps 10 and is spread over 3 floors, with bedrooms on the 2 upper levels; the lower floor has a lounge with a wood burner, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, separate loo, shower room and bathroom with loo, and a bath with over shower. The middle floor has a double room, 2 twin/kings (1 with en suite shower) and separate loo. The top floor has a twin and a twin/double.

The Granary sleeps 4 is open plan downstairs with a lounge area, seating for 18 and a well stocked kitchen. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with shower en suite and a twin/king with shower over bath en suite.

The Barn sleeping 4 is interlinked with the Granary through lockable doors, and is all on one level. It provides a double with en suite shower, a twin/king with en suite shower, a lounge area, dining area and fully stocked kitchen.

The site is for the use of the holiday cottage guests only, with parking for 10 cars (3 under cover). There's a hot tub, dog proof gardens, barbecue and dining areas.

Perfectly situated for exploring some of the finest countryside, historic landmarks and family attractions that Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire have to offer, including magnificent Burghley House. Picturesque Stamford is less than 10 minutes away, with charming streets and award-winning restaurants. Stroll along the River Welland, browse the weekly market, or enjoy lunch in one of many historic coaching inns.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Rutland Water offers sailing, paddleboarding, fishing and birdwatching. The 23-mile trail around the reservoir is perfect for walkers and cyclists.

Nearby family attractions include Ferry Meadows in Nene Park for lakeside walks, watersports, play areas and miniature railway rides, Sacrewell Farm for animal lovers, and impressive Peterborough Cathedral for history buffs.

Walks through rolling countryside and charming villages are on the doorstep. Nearby Fineshade Woods has family-friendly trails, children’s play areas and plenty of wildlife.

- **Accessibility:** One bedroom is at ground level with no stairs (in the Barn). Another has one step entry.

- **Dining Room:** The Granary can seat a group of 18 for dining together.
- **Kitchen:** Each house has a well stocked kitchen.
- **Sitting Room:** Living area in each house.
- **Bedrooms:** A mix of kings, doubles and twins. Some king/double beds can be converted to twins for flexibility.
- **Bathrooms:** Several bedrooms have en suite facilities. Baths and showers available. Ground floor bathroom facilities.
- **Outdoor:** BBQ area and outside dining space. Secure gardens.
- **Parking:** Parking for 10 cars.
