A couple more guests can also be accommodated within the bedrooms on futon-style bed cubes, or there's a bed settee within the lounge, meaning the house can sleep up to a possible total of 20 guests. The house boasts large front and rear gardens, plenty of off-road parking, plus a super fun games room, and is only a short walk into town or a 5 minute drive to the beach. This holiday house is ideal for special get togethers, family holidays, business or sailing crew accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential mod cons, plus the separate utility room houses a washing machine. The splendid 30 foot living room overlooking the front and rear gardens, with original fireplaces, eclectic furniture and floor to ceiling windows, is the main hub of the ground floor. There's a large flatscreen TV, bluetooth music speaker and WiFi provided for your entertainment. The lounge is in two parts and has original Georgian internal wooden doors separating them, allowing for the creation of two separate living rooms or a 6th bedroom if desired. The dining room seats up to 20 guests and overlooks the front garden. The 2 dining tables convert to create a pool table and separate table tennis table to keep young and old amused for hours. There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms available, one shower room on the ground floor and the main bathroom and another shower room on the 1st floor half landing. Outside are mature gardens and lawn to the rear with a trampoline, BBQ area and picnic tables. There is off-road parking for up to 10 vehicles. Your group can hire in a hot tub if desired (please contact us for further details). Some of our properties have age restrictions where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** The Gallery is pet friendly and welcomes up to 3 well behaved 4 legged friends at a cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. - **Accessibility:** The property has restricted accessibility for those that are mobile impaired. - **Hot Tub:** If desired you can hire in at an additional cost a hot tub from our hot tub suppliers, who are BISHTA registered and certified - please enquire. - **WiFi:** WiFi is provided at no extra cost. - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped for self-catering with large range style gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. - **Dining Room:** The dining room can accommodate up to 20 seated guests. - **Sitting Room:** The lounge is in two parts with original Georgian internal wooden doors separating them. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a flat screen TV within the lounge, and bluetooth speaker. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout the property. - **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms: all with a king/twin beds (zip link), 2 with extra single and 3 with bunks.
