Set on a working farm, The Grange is a gorgeous rural getaway for 3 generation families and friends gathering for a holiday or to celebrate a milestone occasion. Private use of a 34-foot heated swimming pool all year round, a guaranteed hit with the kids and only 30 seconds away from the house. The Grange is 15 minutes from the M5 making travel a breeze even on a Friday evening. This holiday house welcomes up to 3 dogs but please keep them under supervision at all times due to farm livestock. Lots of walks from the door, a bonus for keen hikers and cyclists who want to explore the amazing countryside. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and luxury lounge, as well as a sunroom as an alternative for a mixed age group. French doors lead to a large patio with a table for al fresco meals or simply enjoying a few drinks together. There's also a small deck chaired area around a little firepit, great for chillier evenings and for enjoying the big East Devon dark skies. The large garden is fenced for dogs.
