Holmes Barn sleeps 15 with dining for 25. Additional pull-out beds also available. A paddock area can be used for extra guests accommodation in tents, caravans and motorhomes. There is a large dining table enabling all the group to dine together. Large roomy farmhouse kitchen with full size range cooker and American sized fridge freezer. There is crockery, glasses, mugs, cooking equipment to cater for large groups up to 25. The lounge area has sofas and armchairs and a TV. There is a downstairs shower room adjacent to the snug area enabling a private downstairs sleeping area using the the Z bed provided. Upstairs are four bedrooms with duvets and pillows (with protectors) provided. Bed linen and towels are not included in our price but can be hired on request. The cottage has single beds or adult bunk beds, extra mattresses and Z beds make up the remaining beds. The Holmes Barn is centrally heated throughout and also has free wireless Internet access. There is access to a washing machine if required. Ample car parking near the property, and outside there is a patio area with seating and a charcoal BBQ. There is a separate paddock area for ball games etc. and camping. If you do not fancy the idea of shopping for your group, don't worry; order it online and have it delivered direct to your holiday home. Our holiday homes welcome dogs. The dogs needs to be on leads outside as the patio area and paddock are not secure.  There is a secure paddock available by request. We are situated in a beautiful rural location with stunning views across the moorlands - the sunsets have to be seen to be believed. We are just off the A623 near the spa town of Buxton and conveniently located to enable guests to visit many of Derbyshire’s attractions including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Castleton with its many caves and much, much more. Nearby attractions include Haddon Hall, Chatsworth House, Castleton Caverns, Peak Rail, Tramways Museum, Alton Towers. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** We welcome well behaved dogs with prior notice. 3 acre secure field for exercise. - **Accessibility:** Downstairs shower available. - **Hot Tub:** Can be hired on request as an extra - quality sturdy tubs. - **WiFi:** Good mobile reception.
