The Little House is a much-loved coastal retreat in the picturesque harbour village of Itchenor, offering a relaxed and welcoming setting for families and friends to enjoy time by the sea, with the family dog also welcome by arrangement. Perfectly positioned just moments from the water, mornings begin with fresh sea air, sailing boats drifting past, and easy access to the local sailing club and jetty, where you can catch the seasonal ferry to Bosham for a scenic outing.

Just a five-minute drive from the sandy beaches of West Wittering, and close to Chichester and the South Downs, the location offers an ideal balance of coast, countryside and culture. From beach days and coastal walks to theatre trips at the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre or days out at the Goodwood Estate, there is something for everyone nearby.

The house itself is designed for easy, sociable living. Light-filled interiors flow from a cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas, TV and gas fire into a bright conservatory and a well-equipped kitchen-dining space. Both the kitchen and conservatory open directly onto the rear garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is perfect for summer stays.

Outside, the private garden is a true highlight. A heated swimming pool (operational May to September), outdoor seating and a barbecue area provide the perfect setting for long, relaxed afternoons and al fresco dining with family and friends.

The property sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and en suite shower room with bathroom facilities. There is also a further double bedroom, a twin room with zip-and-link beds for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a bunk room ideal for children. A family bathroom and separate WC complete the layout.

To the front, a secure driveway provides parking for 3–4 cars. Please note: pets are considered at the owner’s discretion. During July and August, bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights.
