The property offers flexible bedroom layouts, including super king, king, twin and family rooms, allowing groups to arrange sleeping arrangements to suit their needs. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own en suite bathroom, ideal for ease of access. Three other bedrooms have en suite shower facilities, with a large bathroom serving the middle and family bedrooms.

Generous communal spaces allow teams to work, meet and relax together. The well equipped kitchen is suitable for self catering or working with external caterers, while the dining room comfortably seats up to 14 people for shared meals or group discussions and presentations. Ideally positioned for Ludlow race course and golf course. 10 mins walk to  local leisure centre with excellent spa facilities. Ludlow boasts a Medieval Castle and St Laurence’s Church, nicknamed the Cathedral of the Marches. There are over 500 listed buildings in Ludlow and, in Corve Street, almost all of the buildings are listed.

Wild swimming – Blue Tits meet Sunday mornings 8 am at Dinham Weir by Csons cafe. The Mortimer Trail is 10 minutes away for walking and cycling, and it is on the edge of the Shropshire Hills. Driving – 1 hr from Shrewsbury, 40 mins from Hereford, 1 hour 25 minutes from Birmingham.
