## About The Property

The Old Dairy sleeping 16 is one of the largest holiday houses on the Walnut Barn Estate, a 50-acre farm in the the Mendips National Landscape and just 2 miles from vast dog-friendly beaches of Weston-super-Mare. The Old Dairy is the perfect venue for a large group holiday or special occasion weekend to bring everyone together to celebrate a birthday, or for a hen party or reunion. And dogs are welcome too.

This wonderful big old barn is so spacious you can lose yourself in it. In the huge granite-topped kitchen enjoy creating the perfect supper for your group with plenty of dining space for the whole group. Dedicated beer and wine fridges - more space for party food. Supermarkets will deliver, or try some of our Chef’s packages with locally sourced produce. The living room is also spacious, with underfloor heating and a cosy log burner.

The games room has a pool table, entertainment system, darts board and Karaoke, as well as a beer fridge. In the courtyard there's a barrel sauna with a cold bucket shower, and a large hot tub on the terrace, and there are huge enclosed lawned gardens for children and dogs to romp in safely. Or head to the Arctic Cabin to chill out over grilled foods - perfect for when the weather is not playing along.

For your stay at The Old Dairy we can also arrange a pamper session, with quality beauty treatments carried out in the privacy of your holiday home. A wonderful way to relax and unwind, and perfect for a hen celebration.

With fantastic facilities on site, you may not wish to venture further afield during your stay. But there are stunning walks from the door, a wealth of outdoor activities including climbing, caving and watersports, several family friendly attractions, miles of beach at Weston, and a local pub within a 5 minute walk. Somerset is a county filled with pretty villages and dramatic landscapes including Glastonbury Tor and Cheddar Gorge. Bristol and Bath are cities brimming with culture, bars and restaurants, and home to venues for sporting and music events.
