The Barn sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite

The Manor House sleeps up to 10 in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite

Bluebell sleeps 8 in 4 en suite bedrooms and accepts dogs

There are several other cottages on site so if your group is larger we can accommodate you too.

These gorgeous country cottages are set within the grounds of The Olde House in north Cornwall.  The Olde House, a family run business since 1976, offers self catering holidays within a 600 acre working farm.

These 3 holiday cottages near Wadebridge are a perfect home from home base for multi-generational families to enjoy a truly memorable holiday together. And at the end of the day the group can head to their chosen cottage for a little extra privacy. One of the Manor House bedrooms is at ground floor level, ideal for those finding stairs tricky.

Guests staying in these cottages are free to use all of the facilities at The Olde House, including the gorgeous indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi. There is an indoor play barn for the young children and a games room with pool table, snooker, table football and table tennis.

The Barn has a beautiful locally made round dining table and is a lovely space for all the family to enjoy meals together.

The Manor House has a south facing private garden enjoying stunning views towards the adjacent bird sanctuary. There's an accessible and child friendly hide on site for enthusiasts to enjoy the wildlife of the wetland and marsh habitat too.

Bluebell has a cosy log burner which creates a cosy ambience for those winter evenings.

All 3 cottages are rated 5 star by Quality in Tourism.  The kitchens are well equipped with everything you'll need to cater for a crowd.

And the whole family will love all the other options available on and off site. Come and feed the farm animals, have a go at pond dipping, get involved with our weekly barbecues in the summer months, head to beaches for surfing or just a day on the sands. Plenty to ensure everyone has a really fabulous holiday!

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets are not accepted in The Barn or The Manor House, but they are welcomed in Bluebell.
- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities, although some bedrooms are at ground floor level.
- **Hot Tub:** There is a Jacuzzi in the pool area at The Olde House.
- **WiFi:** There is free WiFi available in all the cottages and communal areas.
- **Swimming Pool:** 7m x 15m, and features a toddler pool with playful water features, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Indoor and heated to 31 degrees. No lifeguard.
- **Games Room:** Pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table football. Lounge area with swimming pool view.
- **Tennis Court:** Outdoor courts. Rackets and balls available to borrow.
- **Bedrooms:** A mix of kings, doubles, twins and bunks to suit every group. Some en suite.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 1 x 3.6kW standard 3-pin plug, 1 x 7.2kW type 2 and 4 x 22KW type 2 points.

## Booking Information

- 50% deposit on booking, balance 4 weeks prior to stay. Check in from 4.30pm, out by 9.30. Barn changeover is Friday, Manor and Bluebell is Saturday. 7 night minimum stay in school holidays and half terms, 5 nights end Feb to end Oct, 2 nights out of season.
