The formal dining room offers seating for 30 and features original parquet flooring, large windows, and a grand decorative fireplace - a nod to the house's heritage.

The elegant drawing room, once a ballroom, is perfect for group relaxation. With a large log burner, plenty of plush seating, and French doors to the garden, it's a show-stopping space full of natural light.

For fun and games, the Coach House wing hosts a vibrant games room, with a pool table, table tennis, table football, and a cosy TV corner. It opens onto a secure courtyard, ideal for kids and pets.

Outside, enjoy landscaped gardens with outdoor dining seating for 30, a parterre inspired by a map of England, lawns, mature trees, and views of neighbouring paddocks, often home to pygmy goats. A scenic walking trail nearby leads to local pubs and villages.

The property also boasts useful additional amenities such as a boot room, utility room, plenty of parking and 3 EV charging points.
