Surrounded by 10 acres of private meadow and ancient woodland, this is a wonderfully peaceful and spacious retreat just 3 miles from Bath city centre.
Inside, the open-plan layout and stylish interiors offer both comfort and flexibility, while large windows and glazed doors connect the living areas to the landscape beyond. At the heart of the home is a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen features premium fixtures, an island breakfast bar, and all the cookware and crockery needed for group catering. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, and the adjoining lounge opens directly onto the terrace and garden – the perfect spot to soak up sunsets or enjoy morning coffee.
4 bedrooms are located in the west wing of the house, and a twin bedroom is at the north end. The playroom has a fold-out sofa bed.
There are 3 bathrooms in total, along with a utility room, boot room, and generous private parking. Outside, the south-facing patio and garden offer private green space for dining, play, and wildlife watching. Pheasants, deer, and owls are often seen nearby.
