Set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, this is a fantastic holiday house (with annex) for extended family and friends to meet up for a weekend reunion together or to celebrate a special occasion. Great attention to detail has created a very comfortable home, carefully combining original features with modern conveniences. The Rowe House, together with The Shippon, is also the perfect venue for a small business gathering, with good technology and high speed WiFi as well as catering options. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge starts in Horton in Ribblesdale, making this a fantastic choice for keen walkers and adventurers too.

Set in beautiful formal gardens with large lawns and great views of Pen-y-ghent, a stay at The Rowe House guarantees peace and tranquility in a glorious rural location. This thoughtful renovation project has produced 2 lounges with wood burners plus a reading room in the main house, and a seating area in The Shippon, ideal for the needs of a mixed age group. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the dining table seats up to 18 fantastic, perfect for sociable meals all together.

The Shippon is a great bolt hole for a couple or grandparents within a multi-generational family group - self-contained, but close to the action in the main house. 

The large garden is shared by both properties, and has a range of seating areas for barbecues and the use of a pizza oven. Expansive lawns allow for family games and there's a football pitch and tennis court in the adjacent field. The games room offers pool and darts - for a fun filled evening family challenge, or somewhere for the youngsters in the group to congregate.

All of the bedrooms boast stylish design, decor and soft furnishings, with 3 using zip and links to enable set up as kings or twins. There are 5 en suites in the main house, 2 with baths, and a ground floor electric shower in The Shippon.

This area is rich in outdoor attractions; head to Catrigg Force Waterfall or Ingleborough Cave, or the renowned Ribblehead Viaduct.

- A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of £500 for Rowe House and £200 for The Shippon will be taken.

- It is possible to just book Rowe House but The Shippon may be rented out separately and the 2 properties share a garden. Dogs are welcome in both.
