The Salt House sleeps 10 with 2 extra beds available on request at booking.

The aptly named Salt House is literally 200m from Weymouth's famous sandy beaches, a short walk away from the town centre and the picturesque old harbour. This is a great house for multi generation families, friends, hens and couples meeting up for a holiday by the sea or to celebrate a big birthday. Following a recent refurbishment, The Salt House has wonderful sociable living accommodation, light filled reception areas made for being together.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking for the group easy. Sit down at the inside dining table or outside in the courtyard garden accessed from the kitchen. Book the hot tub for some well deserved pampering and mix yourselves an evening cocktail before dinner. The large lounge is a delightful room with an L shaped sofa and large TV, perfect for catching up with a box set or relaxing together over a drink.

The 5 bedrooms spread across 3 floors offer flexibility, 2 with contemporary 4 posters as well as a twin and a bunk room for the youngsters. They are all stylish spaces with pretty views, shutters and a wonderful beach vibe. One of the king rooms has an en suite shower room and there are 2 modern family bathrooms and a downstairs loo for added convenience.

Just a short walk will lead you to a wide range of bars and restaurants for an evening out, or one of the cafes in the old harbour for a Dorset cream tea. Weymouth is the gateway to the UNESCO Jurassic coast with local gems including Durdle Door and Charmouth fossil beaches within easy reach and a wonderful walk along the coastal path. Hen parties will love the position of this seaside house, so handy for a fun night out and with the option to arrange a massage, facial or trip to a local spa before a night out on the town.
