This fantastic holiday property near Bath is perfect for a large group or multi generation family holiday in a lovely little village on the edge of the Cotswolds. The arrangement of the School Rooms Estate includes a couple of lodges which is ideal for groups made up of people of different ages and those wanting a little time away from the group for sleeping.
The School Rooms Estate offers 3 closely located properties within a beautiful period Georgian house, with the exclusive use of the swimming pool, hot tub and Mediterranean terrace. Great for a mixed age group and those wanting fun and luxury together. The main kitchen has recently had a refurbishment and now boasts a 5 burner range, dishwasher and washing machine alongside essentials. The huge open plan lounge diner is a great contemporary space for everyone to get together with a long sociable table for the whole group and comfy sofas for relaxing after dinner. There's TV in this open plan room too, as well as a pool table and board games.
The two lodges are also self contained with kitchens and somewhere to sit back. They are well setup and offer their own bathrooms and seating spaces away from the hubbub of the main property.
There is a selection of three pubs close by, a short stroll for a quiet pint and some good pub food.
This lovely location offers plenty of opportunities for exploring quintessential Cotswold villages, or finding a country pub for a leisurely lunch or dinner. Bath is a stunning city, full of history and amazing attractions as well as some great shopping and restaurants, and is just 15 minutes from the School Rooms. For a good family day out visit Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole or Woodland Adventurers in Corsham. Bristol is also not far away for a trip.
