## About The Property

At the Sustainability Centre we provide a range of Educational programmes for School groups. Outside of these times, our facilities are made available to other groups over weekends and school holidays. The Centre is located around 1.5 hours from London and 30 minutes from Winchester. We have the advantage of being on the South Downs Way, making it an ideal place for walking and mountain biking.

- **Accessibility:** There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor, however our bedrooms are quite small so please phone in advance for advice.

- **Bathrooms:** 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and a bath. 3 toilets.
- **Children's Facilities:** We have a small amount of books and toys suitable for children. Most children enjoy exploring our woodlands!
- **Outdoor:** Woodlands to explore around the grounds. Fire bowls available for a fire outside.
- **Parking:** We have a small car park which is shared with other users of the site. Free on-site parking.
- **Smoking:** Outside only.
