Expansive sliding doors open onto a generous decked balcony, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living with breathtaking sea views. The elegant sitting area features a wood-burning stove and deep corner sofa, perfect for cosy evenings in winter or long summer days with the doors wide open. A bespoke kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and a striking island, flows into the dining area where large windows frame stunning sunsets over the water. A separate snug provides a relaxed media space for films or quiet downtime.

Downstairs, all four bedrooms offer peace and privacy, including two king-size rooms and two flexible twin rooms that can be configured as kings. The master suite includes a dressing area and luxurious wet room, while three bathrooms plus a family bathroom ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.

Outside, the beachfront garden leads directly onto the beach, making it effortless to step from house to sand. Landscaped terraces, lawns and a sunken firepit create multiple spaces for entertaining, dining and relaxing together, all set against the sound of the waves.
