For added luxury, The Yard has an indoor 12 seater swim spa that opens up onto the patio of a private, walled garden. To extend this leisure area, there is also a games room with pool table and TV, a popular space with the youngsters. Outside mature gardens and lawns are perfect for family games and allowing the children and dogs to expend some energy.
The 6 bedrooms are spacious and welcoming, with a mixture of super king, king and twin king rooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, making them suitable for any guests for whom stairs are an issue and where level access is required.
