Close to Scarborough and on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, this amazing holiday house is also ideal for walkers and cyclists. The Yard sleeps 16 guests and has a sociable open plan living design. Inside and outside there's dining for 16+ guests. For added luxury, The Yard has an indoor 12 seater swim spa that opens up onto the patio of a private, walled garden. To extend this leisure area, there is also a games room with pool table and TV, a popular space with the youngsters. Outside mature gardens and lawns are perfect for family games and allowing the children and dogs to expend some energy. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and welcoming, with a mixture of super king, king and twin king rooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, making them suitable for any guests for whom stairs are an issue and where level access is required. There is a standard cot and two travel cots in the property. Five shower en-suites and one en-suite with shower and freestanding bath provide plentiful and luxurious facilities. Need more space?
