Set in a very private location and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet only 3/4 mile from the village and in a great position for access from all parts of the country via major routes, Thorpe Barn Holiday Lets are perfect for friends getting together for a reunion, hen party weekends and groups of couples.

We can also host weddings here, for ceremonies with a celebrant and wedding parties with a festival theme. The wedding barn offers a fantastic space with music system, great lighting and a DJ booth - and fire pits outside.

The Cow Shed is the largest barn and has a big open plan multi-functional social space which provides a large kitchen area, a dining table able to seat the whole group and comfy sofas for relaxing. Huge windows create a light and airy space and make the most of wonderful views. Other fun features include a dining table which can be folded away into the wall to create a great space for dancing, funky lighting of any colour to create the atmosphere of your choice, a sound system for the music and even sparkly disco balls! Everything you need for a party!

The bedroom in the Cow Shed is a great size, also there's also a quirky mezzanine area with 2 additional double beds, and a sofa bed too.

The Sheep Shed is a stone barn perfect for a couple or single occupant, with a separate bedroom and open plan kitchen sitting room.

The Pig Shed is a small studio with a double bed, and has stunning views across the fields.

These holiday cottages retain a rustic feel while being finished to a very high standard. All barns have HD TV, underfloor heating, memory foam mattresses, cotton bedding, feather quilts and pillows and loads of outside space.

An 8 minute walk, by road or across the fields, gets you to our fantastic quirky local pub, The Three Conies. Banbury, our nearest town, is about 6 miles away and, for a larger shopping centre and a more cultural experience, we are about a 30 minute drive from Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

## Booking Information

- Prices vary from £250 to £1990 for a 2 night weekend (Friday and Saturday) depending on the number of guests. 2 night minimum stay, £500 damage deposit for the whole site. Deposit on booking of £500, balance due 6 weeks before stay. Check in after 3pm, out by 10.30am, although there is flexibility.
