Tides Reach is in a prime location, 500 yards from the beach and a few minutes walk from Filey town centre - it's the perfect place to explore everything the Yorkshire coast and moors have to offer. And with its close proximity to the sea, Tides Reach really has it all.

Tides Reach combines exquisite décor, comfort, luxury and a sense of fun. This accommodation provides great flexibility, cosiness and panache, and comes with all the mod cons, with TVs and fast speed WiFi.

As dog owners, we know how hard it is to get nice dog friendly accommodation in Filey, so we've decided to let up to two well behaved dogs stay at Tides Reach - and what's more there are no extra charges. That's right, dogs go free!

Please note - the property is non-smoking inside.

Whether you're young or old, a pet owner or not, Filey Beach is a great place to enjoy your break. Stroll along the beach to the quaint and old school seaside town of Filey, go a bit further to Filey Brigg and do some rock pooling, or go in the other direction to Reighton Sands.

Take a trip further afield to Bempton Cliffs RSPB site and watch the puffins, visit Bridlington Habour, Flamborough Lighthouse, Scarborough Castle or Whitby Abbey.

A range of restaurants are close at hand enabling you to enjoy some fine food and drink after a day on the beach.

It's your holiday, so do what you want, when you want! It's a great place to be, whatever the weather.

Accessibility

Kitchen, dining room and bathroom facilities are all on the ground floor. Living room and a king sized bedroom are on the 1st floor (2 x 10 steps).

WiFi

There's fibre-optic broadband WiFi at Tides Reach, allowing you to download and access what you want when you want it.

Kitchen

Large modern kitchen featuring a range cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast bar area to chill whilst cooking.

Dining Room

Featuring a large dining room table (seating up to 16) and a feature fire place, it's a great place to dine with friends and family.

Sitting Room

The living room includes comfortable seating for 13 and a 50 inch Smart TV. There's a small snug on the 2nd floor if you want to get away on your own.

TV and Music Facilities

There's a Smart TV in the living room and each of the king sized bedrooms. There's also a wireless speaker to play your favourite tunes.

Games Room

Den - featuring an underwater treasure theme, comfy bean bags, PlayStation, books and games - so the children have space of their own to chill out.

Heating and Open Fires

There are radiators in all rooms and fires in the dining and living room - so you can get warm and cozy even in the depths of winter.

Bedrooms

There are 3 king size bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 1 twin room and 2 singles.

Linen

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Bathrooms

Tides Reach accommodation is offered over 4 floors - each has its own bathroom (all have showers and 2 have baths as well).

Outdoor

There's a small courtyard at the rear of Tides Reach where you can sit and enjoy a drink. The beach, Glen Gardens and Filey centre are all 5 min walk.

Parking

Unrestricted on-street parking is available outside Tides Reach - in busy periods, spaces can still be found earlier and later in the day.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the property. A courtyard to the rear of Tides Reach can be used if care is taken to extinguish butts safely.

Booking Information

Minimum 3 night stay. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due when you book – final payment 30 days before you arrive. A £200 refundable security bond will also be payable with final payment. Please see full information (our policies) at our web site.
