This Georgian house is newly renovated and located in 20 acres of land in the village of Tilford, in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Professionally designed house in a modern European style to the highest specifications.

The main house has 3 en suite double bedrooms and 2 dormitories with en suites for up to 15 children. It also includes a playroom, a separate office, a lounge and a substantial living space (kitchen, dining, lounge).

An additional cottage, the Coachhouse, comprises 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms, and a living area with a fully integrated kitchen.

This property has a couple living on the premises who will look after the grounds and its animals (chickens, goats, horses). They will welcome you and help with any issues during your stay.

For entertainment, the house offers a private tennis court with a basketball hoop, a trampoline, bicycles, boules and a badminton set.

With stations at Farnham (10min) and Haslemere (20min), Tilhill House is easy to get to within a 1hour train journey. It's a 20min drive to Guilford, 1hr 15min drive to central London and 1hr 30min to Southampton and the south coast. Heathrow airport: 40min drive; Farnborough airport: 25min drive.

Check-in time is 3.30pm, check-out time is 10.30am.
Returnable Deposit bond of £1500 required.

Pets: prior arrangement.
Cancellation: a) 4 weeks before start date: 25% refund, b) between 4-0 weeks from start date: no refund.
