Timberstone is an idyllic, rural, luxury detached country cottage 5 miles from Ludlow. It has been lovingly restored and provides an excellent central location for a gathering of friends and family.

There is a high standard of decor and furnishing, with oak floors and hand crafted finishes throughout. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor.

All of the bathrooms in the house have both baths and showers. There is a large country farmhouse kitchen providing all modern amenities and a large Stoves range with double ovens. Wood burners with free logs provided. Free WiFi.

You will find an extensive library of books, games, DVDs and CDs as well as an iPod dock, TVs and games consoles.

A hot tub is available for a small charge. There is a large garden with an outdoor dining area and pretty borders, as well as a large lawned area for outdoor games. Use of a barbecue and coals is provided.

Timberstone offers peace and quiet in a tranquil setting perfect for a rural country escape.

Timberstone is well located in central Shropshire close to Ludlow, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge, Shrewsbury, Stokesay Castle, and lots of stately homes and parks. There is a wealth of restaurants and cosy country pubs close by.

Golf is possible at Ludlow, Cleobury Mortimer, Leominster, Bridgnorth, and, for the brave, Church Stretton, the 3rd highest course in the country!

There is a very comprehensive leisure centre with swimming pool in Ludlow. There is also a park, with children's playground, and lovely walks by the river, with an area for paddling and feeding the ducks!
