Lovingly restored and renovated, both Tincleton Lodge sleeping 10 and Rose Cottage for 6 are spacious and well suited to family gatherings and reunions. Although both properties are very much individual and private, a concealed hallway can be opened up internally to cater for up to 16 guests under one roof with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. One of the twin bedrooms is on the ground floor of Tincleton Lodge with an en suite wet room, offering easy one level access for those less mobile (M3a disability award). The cottages together offer outstanding luxury, and are full of character and charm with beautiful features including inglenook fireplaces, wood burners, a bread oven and original character beams alongside modern facilities including a games room. Quality kitchens make self catering a breeze, there's dining areas inside and out, and plenty of comfy sofas. The gardens are private and both houses have terraced areas and barbecues for al fresco dining. A wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day and appreciate the evening sun over a few drinks. Guests are also welcome to use the full size tennis court situated opposite the Lodge at specified times. Tincleton is a small quiet village, although there are numerous local pubs, restaurants and attractions within easy reach. The Tolpuddle Martyrs Pub offers a delicious Sunday Carvery and this has proved very popular for those who enjoy walking. It's approximately a 2 mile stroll through woodland and meadows. Enquire about fishing on the River Frome or enjoy the Eweleaze Farm Countryside Nature Trail.
