Tittleshall Barns consists of 4 separate holiday cottages which can be booked individually or as one whole. The cottages are set around a central courtyard, with large open plan kitchens and sitting rooms in the two largest properties to accommodate all the guests. There are large garden areas and the 500 acre farm is accessible for dog walking and biking.

The properties are within easy access of the Norfolk coastline but the area also has much to offer locally with the market towns of Fakenham and Swaffham, the country houses of Houghton and Holkham and some good local pubs such as the Brisley Bell at Brisley and the Dabbling Duck at Great Massingham.

Tittleshall Barns is an ideal base for large parties of families or friends wishing to access the fantastic coastal areas of North Norfolk but wanting to be based in an area of quiet tranquility.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Some mobile phone reception. Broadband WiFi in all properties.
- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities for disabled guests.
- **Dog Friendly:** 2 dogs per property but they are not allowed upstairs in any of the properties.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchens within all properties - the largest property has 2 dishwashers and all the properties have large range ovens.
- **Dining Room:** Ample seating and dining tables in the larger properties for 28 people (on request).
- **Sitting Room:** Mill Hill (sleeps 8) has a large open plan sitting room capable of sitting 20 with a 52inch smart TV. Peak Hall (12) has 2 sitting rooms with TVs.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** WiFi. Speakers in kitchen and sitting rooms of Mill Hill (sleeps 8) and Peak Hall (sleeps 12). TVs in master bedrooms and sitting rooms in all.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Air source heat pump provision for heating and hot water. Wood burners in all but Peak Hall (sleeps 10).
- **Bedrooms:** Twin linking beds in most rooms. One bunk bed in Peak Hall (sleeps 12).
- **Linen:** All included, with towels.
- **Bathrooms:** All bedrooms apart from bunk room are en suite.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cots and high chairs are available.
- **Outdoor:** 500 acres of farmland open for access. Barbecues and garden furniture available.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool.
- **Parking:** Parking for up to 15 cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the premises but allowed outside.
