Tobervilla House sleeps 15 in the main house and 5 in the adjoining Carriage House (with an additional double sofa bed available in the apartment should your numbers be higher).

Tobervilla House is a luxury self catering Georgian property on the Ring of Kerry, offering an unforgettable countryside stay for friends, families, wedding groups, retreats, corporate groups and golfers. Elegantly restored with a deep respect for its historic character, this grand period house blends timeless charm with modern comfort in a peaceful and scenic setting. Spacious bedrooms are beautifully appointed with antique furnishings and exceptionally comfortable king beds that can be arranged as twin beds on request, making the house ideal for group stays of all kinds. A wheelchair friendly ground floor bedroom with wet room is available for anyone with mobility limitations.

The Carriage House adjoins the main house and is self contained for 5 guests, ideal for a family or grandparents who would prefer a little space and privacy while still able to join other guests in the main house.

Guests at Tobervilla House wake to sweeping views of mountains, gardens and the distant sea. Days can be spent unwinding in the outdoor salt water hot tub, strolling through the landscaped gardens and terraces or relaxing in the inviting lounge and bar area. The atmosphere is calm and refined yet warm and welcoming, perfect for reconnecting with family and friends, hosting an intimate celebration or focusing on wellbeing and teamwork during a retreat or corporate gathering. The on-site gym is available for an invigorating workout.
