Visit 12th century castles nearby: Trim Castle - Ireland's largest Norman castle, famously used in the film Braveheart; Slane Castle - a stunning 18th century estate that has hosted legendary rock concerts.

Booking Information

Minimum group size of 10 for exclusive use. Our prices reflect this group size – any extra guests are charged on a per person per night basis.

Our check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. Alternative times are by prior arrangement. If you are wishing to arrive earlier, please do let us know in advance and we will aim to do what we can to accommodate an earlier check-in.

We ask that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 11am weekdays and by 12 noon at weekends.

We are located in the centre of Kells town in the heart of the Boyne Valley. Hop on the motorway and Dublin city is 40 minutes from the house. Belfast is 1 hour and 45, Galway city is 2 hours drive.
