Tonbridge School offers 7 distinctive boarding houses available for residential hire during the school holidays. Each house provides:

 Accommodation for 40–60 guests, with a combination of single, twin, and dormitory-style rooms
 Shared living and leisure areas, including lounges, games rooms and kitchenettes
 Complimentary WiFi throughout
 Secure access systems for added peace of mind

All meals are served in the central Orchard Centre Dining Room and are included as part of the residential package. Catering can be tailored to suit:

 Specific dietary requirements and group preferences
 Packed meals for off-site trips and excursions
 Special occasions such as graduation or farewell dinners

Self catering options may also be available on request.

Alongside accommodation and catering, guests can enjoy access to a broad range of facilities. Availability may vary depending on the programme or event, but can include:

 A Sports Centre featuring a swimming pool, fitness suite, sports hall and tennis courts
 Astro and grass pitches for football, rugby, hockey and cricket
 Drama and music facilities with dedicated rehearsal and performance spaces
 Lecture halls and classrooms suitable for academic courses and professional events

- **Sitting Room:** Each boarding house provides large, comfortable sitting rooms and well‑equipped recreational areas for students.
- **Cinema Room:** Each boarding house provides a dedicated cinema room for students.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** There are electric‑vehicle charging facilities available at our Tonbridge School Centre.
- **Bathrooms:** All bathrooms are communal, with only a small number of individual facilities available.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV available in all boarding houses.
- **Games Room:** A games room is available in all boarding houses.
- **Parking:** Parking is available on-site and at the Tonbridge School Centre.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All houses have central heating.
- **Linen:** Bed linen, duvets and pillows included. Towels not included.

## Booking Information

- To confirm a reservation, the hirer is required to sign a Residential Booking Contract and pay a 10% deposit. Full payment is due four weeks prior to arrival, based on the agreed minimum number of guests.
- 
- A minimum stay of two nights applies, with a minimum occupancy of 75% of the boarding house capacity (typically 35–45 guests). Smaller senior student houses may also be available, accommodating between 8 and 12 guests.
- 
- Residential packages, including accommodation, all meals, and facility access, start from £78 per person, per night. Self-catered options may also be available, please enquire for further details.
