The house sleeps 22 in 5 bedrooms, several with bunk beds but with scope for leader rooms too, if required.

The Old School House provides a great base for a youth experience, with sociable reception rooms for cooking, eating and relaxing together and flexible sleeping accommodation. Catering options are also available with use of a private dining facility at the on-site restaurant. Groups can also eat al fresco at the picnic benches in the garden and gather round the firepit in the evening. And for university groups there’s a local pub for a drink at the end of a long day outside.
Activities are available for bonding sessions, with watersports on the estuary include paddleboarding, kayaking and wild swimming supervised by qualified professionals – a great opportunity to learn a new skill. Woodland walks are from the door, the coastline, rivers and inland waterways of the Cleddau are on the doorstep, and groups can also watch local wildlife in its natural habitat.
