This luxury holiday house in Torquay is a fantastic choice for gathering friends or family together for a holiday, weekend break or celebration by the sea. Actually staying beside the seaside is only one of Torbay Rise's selling points. The house itself has been designed with many amazing extras including an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema - so a stay here is bound to be a success and lots of fun for everyone. Guests are guaranteed to leave feeling truly rested, pampered and rejuvenated.

There are 10 beautiful beaches close by as well as a busy little harbour with pavement cafes and independent shops to explore, literally within minutes. Walk into town from Torbay Rise for dinner at one of a wide range of high quality eateries such as the Michelin starred Elephant Restaurant or Rockfish. A regular bus service between the English Rivieira towns, including Paignton and Brixham, makes exploring the coast easy. Keen walkers have a choice of the coastal path on the doorstep or Dartmoor within 30 minutes.

The owners of Torbay Rise have thought of everything. The fully equipped fitted kitchen is well-geared for food preparation. There is an 8 seat table for breakfast or less formal meals, whereas the 15 seat dining room is just the place for everyone to eat together. 2 spacious lounges and a conservatory have plenty of comfy sofas and the sunny patio garden offers a lovely spot for afternoon tea, with tantalising glimpses of the sea. The youngsters will be more than happy spending time in the games room or home cinema.

Accommodation is a flexible mix of superking, kings, doubles and singles, essential for multi generational families. The master suite has a superking bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite with free standing bath and shower. There's also a seating area to sit back and unwind after a busy day, taking in stunning Torbay sea views. All bedrooms are luxury spaces, beautifully decorated with contemporary soft furnishings. 6 bedrooms are en suite and there is 1 shared bathroom. 9 WCs spread across the house means no queue for the loo.

- 40% deposit required to secure a booking, balance due 90 days before arrival. Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for. Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement but are not allowed in bedrooms. Please clean thoroughly before leaving. Please note we have a 3 night minimum booking policy.
