## About The Property

The Tower House is the perfect place for your family or group holiday, particularly if you have a special occasion to celebrate! Quiet and peaceful, enjoying panoramic views over Kefalos and Kamari Bay, the villa stands in 3.5 acres of private grounds and has its own pool. This is a large, unique property, sleeping up to 14 people in 7 twin en suite bedrooms, all with sea views and balcony or patio. 3 full size camp beds and 2 travel cots are also available if your group is larger.

The Tower House is located on a hillside with an easy ten minute walk to the beach, water sports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants.

On the main floor is a spacious lounge with free wi-fi and satellite TV. A large dining room opens out onto a terrace that enjoys stunning sea views and the sun all day long. Also on this floor are 5 of the 7 twin en suite bedrooms and a library/seating area with a selection of books and games. On the lower level are the remaining 2 bedrooms, each with own en suite, private patio and sea view.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 90mm gas oven, 6-burner hob, electric grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, steamer, all the pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils you need. A charcoal barbecue is in the garden if you wish to use it.

The Tower House is suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as there is only one step up into the house, and there is also a gentle slope up to the front door from the car park allowing access for wheelchair users. The nearest bedroom and en suite to the lounge is larger than the others, giving more space for anyone with mobility issues.

Our House Managers, who live in a private apartment on site, will welcome you on arrival, show you around and give you the keys. You can call on them at any time during your stay should you have any questions or need anything. We will do everything we can to ensure that you have a fantastic time.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Free WiFi, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player. Triple sliding doors into the Dining Room, door to kitchen and access to bedroom corridor and stairs.
- **Games Room:** Giant Jenga, Giant Dominoes, Giant Connect 4 and Aztel Dual are available in the garden. Board games and a wide selection of books in the library.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood-burning stove in the lounge. Air conditioning for cooling/heating available in all bedrooms.
- **Bedrooms:** 7 twin bedrooms, plus 3 camp beds available. Each bedroom has private en-suite, a balcony or patio with a fantastic sea view and air-conditioning.
- **Linen:** Bed linen, pool towels, bathroom towels, bathmats, (changed weekly), slippers and bathrobes are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Each bedroom has a private en suite with curtained shower cubicle (with non-slip tiles and grab-handle), toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs can be provided. Giant garden games will keep young ones entertained, plus there is a selection of board games and books inside.
- **Outdoor:** The Sunset Terrace has seating and tables. Charcoal barbecue in grounds. Airers on balconies plus large outdoor airer for drying beach towels.
- **Swimming Pool:** Enjoy the fabulous 45m2 swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas which are sited to make the most of the fabulous view.
- **Parking:** The villa has parking spaces for up to 6 cars by the front door.
- **Smoking:** Please do not smoke inside the house; you may smoke in the grounds but please do not drop your cigarette ends.

- Prices (in sterling) are for exclusive use of the villa (2-14 guests). Please contact us if your group is 14+. Arrival any day. 25% deposit at time of reservation. £250 damage deposit due with balance, refundable at end of stay less any agreed damage costs. Payment by credit card, Paypal or bank.

- **Bus:** 3 buses a day to Kos Town from the main Kamari Bay road, 800m from the villa. Terminus is in the main square in Kefalos, 3km from the villa.

- **Shop:** There is a grocery shop 500m down hill towards the sea (walking), but there is more choice and better prices at the shops in Kefalos village, or better still, use Carrefour at the Airport.
- **Food and Drink:** There is a good choice of tavernas and restaurants along Kamari Bay (800m from the villa). There is a good pizzeria and traditional tavernas in Kefalos village.
- **Airport:** Kos Hippocrates Airport (KGS) about 15 minutes from The Tower House. This is an international airport, served by British Airways, Easyjet, Thomas Cook and Thomson from UK regional airports.
