For the more active there is badminton, football, basketball and table tennis outside as well as a pool table and dart board inside so there is plenty to do for everyone.
The large kitchen/ diner has patio doors that open onto a superb area with Jamaican Jerk BBQs and plenty of seating to while away the hours together. Inside, the lounge is cozy and full of character with original beams and an Inglenook fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring, reading a book, or watching films or sports on TV.
It is an excellent place to spend time together, relaxing on the spacious patio next to the imposing 17th Century Mill wheel and the restored race, home to Koi carp, or watching others partaking in the numerous activities on offer.
There is one super king bedroom with an en suite on the ground floor for ease of access, which can be used as a second lounge, and a king-sized room sleeping 2 or 3 with an additional bed on request. Upstairs are three further en suite bedrooms, two of which are large family rooms. Maximum sleeping capacity is 16—5 bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet.
Activities nearby: Llangorse Lake for watersports, pony trekking, Black Mountain Adventure Centre, canoeing, cycling, and walking. Brecon and Hay on Wye are both a short drive away.
