Tregea in North Cornwall is a rare gem for families and friends looking for a seaside escape with space, comfort and breathtaking views. Sleeping up to 14 guests in total, this holiday house is perfectly set up for multi-generational groups, families, or friends wanting to relax, reconnect and explore the spectacular North Cornish coast.

Just minutes from Harlyn Bay, and a couple of miles from popular Padstow, Tregea offers near-beachside living. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, unwind in the bubbling hot tub, or fire up the BBQ for a sunset feast – all with the ocean as your backdrop. The acre of private garden is a paradise for children and grown-ups alike, with table tennis, cricket sets, garden games and plenty of space to play. As evening falls, gather around the firepit to toast marshmallows or stargaze from the hot tub – pure coastal bliss!

Inside, the open-plan layout makes group living easy and relaxed. The large, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for shared cooking, with double ovens, twin islands, and a Nespresso machine. The adjoining living room has comfy sofas, beanbags and a log burner for cosy nights in. A bright conservatory offers panoramic sea views – the perfect spot for board games or family dining – while the cinema-style media room promises memorable movie nights.

Bedrooms are flexible and beautifully furnished. The main house has 5 bedrooms (3 en suite), 4 with super-king beds that can be made into twins, plus one with a king-size bed. The annexe, tucked away in the garden, features 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom and its own living space – ideal for grandparents or couples seeking a little peace and quiet.

Practical touches make seaside life easy; there’s a surf store with wetsuits, boards, buckets and spades and other beach gear. After a day by the sea, rinse off in the outdoor showers, then relax in the hot tub as the sun sets over the Atlantic.

With Trevose golf and tennis nearby, scenic walks on the doorstep, watersports, safe beaches and Padstow just minutes away, Tregea is the ultimate Cornish coastal retreat.

## Booking Information

- Changeover day is Thursday. Check in time is at 5pm, check out is at a respectable 11am.
- 
- Weekend bookings are permitted, and encouraged (!!), outside of school holidays. We have a minimum stay of two nights and we will always offer three nights for the price of two.
- 
- A 25% deposit is required to book, with the balance due 12 weeks before your stay. A £1000 damages deposit is also payable before your stay – this is returned to you immediately after your stay (or within 5 working days after a weekend check out – once the house and garden have been checked by the team).
- 
- It is possible to rent the main house or the Orchard separately but only outside of the school holidays/bank holidays and by agreement with the owner.
- 
- Dogs welcome (we have a pet policy which we ask you to sign).
