Trekenning House is an impressive manor house, beautifully presented with living areas including a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a snug with comfy seating and a wood burner. The home cinema is a popular space with the youngsters, with a large screen for watching a film and an XBox for gaming. There is a games room too, with pool table, table football, Smart TV, wood burner and a bar area for mixing up holiday cocktails.
Outside is a patio area offering lounge seating, al fresco dining, BBQ and a luxury hot tub. Children can explore the extensive grounds for five-a-side football, swings, badminton and other games. The outdoor table tennis table is perfect for family friendly competition. This is a dog friendly property and there's plenty of room to exercise the dogs too.
Bedrooms are stylish and beautifully designed, a convenient mix of super king, kings, twins and bunks with flexibility for a mixed age group. Three bedrooms have en suites along with two bathrooms and two WCs to share.
Little Trekenning is a sweet bolthole on site for couples, grandparents or retreat group leaders, offering kitchen and living facilities with Smart projector and wood burner, and a double bed with en suite.
Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay are surf beaches for family fun days out, just 15 minutes from the house. The pretty harbour town of Padstow is a magnet for foodies, with an interesting array of independent shops for pottering round. The Eden Project is 25 minutes away and stunning Perranporth 30 minutes.
