Treks Bunkhouse is located in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park on the outskirts of the village of Llan Ffestiniog. A fantastic base for families, groups of friends and outdoor groups - in fact anyone looking to visit Snowdonia and get involved in a wide range of activities here. Available with exclusive use, or shared use for smaller groups.

This 13 bed, self catering accommodation with bed spaces spread over 5 bedrooms offers private lockers, linen provided, free WiFi, a communal lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, drying room, TV, central heating, separate male/female shower rooms, ample parking and storage facilities.

The bunkhouse is ideally located to access all that this part of North Wales has to offer: adventures such as Zip World, Bounce Below, Go Below adventures, Llechwedd slate caverns, white water rafting, canyoning, numerous mountain biking centres and some fantastic local walks. Or maybe you would prefer something a bit more relaxing like Portmeirion Italian Village, visiting local castles, a walk along one of the beaches such as Black Rock Sands in Porthmadog, or travel the narrow gauge Ffestiniog Railway. Or just relax by admiring the wonderful views on offer over the Vale of Ffestiniog from the bunkhouse.

Treks Bunkhouse is located in a private location but a mere 10 minute walk from in the village of Llan Ffestiniog where you can visit the local community run Pengwern Arms pub to sample some local ales on offer, enjoy walks such as Rhaeadr Falls and top up supplies at the small family run grocery store. A mere 5 minutes drive takes you to the historical slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Near Blaenau Ffestiniogg in Snowdonia National Park in north Wales. Fantastic rural setting with access to a range of activities, beaches and interesting family friendly attractions.
2 miles away from Blaenau Ffestiniog. 7 miles from the harbour town of Porthmadog. 13 miles from Bala. 11 miles from Betws y Coed. 10 miles from Harlech. 9 miles from Coed y Brenin.
Local grocery store is less than a mile away. Further larger shops and takeaways 7 minutes drive away up in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
A mere 10 minute walk into the village you will find the community run Pengwern Cymmunedol Pub. You will also find Gwesty Seren Hotel where a discount on food is given when staying at Treks.

Booking Information

On booking this accommodation a 50% non refundable deposit will be required. Final balance can be paid on arrival date. The price for taking sole use for the bunkhouse for a full week is worked out at £18 per person per night.
