The Long Barn at Tremeer Farm is a great find for multi generational families, friends and groups of couples getting together for a special occasion or holiday at any time of the year. It is also a good choice for corporate groups, walkers, yogis and wild swimmers wanting to discover the delights of this region, or for guests attending weddings nearby. This holiday house near Fowey sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 well appointed bedrooms and has a wonderful open plan design for maximum sociability.  Well behaved hen groups are welcome from October to April or with exclusive use of yurts as well.

Shared facilities in summer months include a wood fired hot tub, sauna, games room and firepits, guaranteed to make this a magical stay on a family friendly farm in Cornwall. Between October and March visitors at the Long Barn can enjoy exclusive use of these facilities.

The kitchen comes well equipped to cook for a group and the farmhouse table somewhere for long suppers and making special memories. Relax on the comfortable sofas and bean bags after dinner and get out the board games for some old fashioned family fun. The gable end of the property shows off more wood vaulted ceilings and overlooks the patio area and fields beyond.

The games barn is popular with the youngsters for a game of ping pong or badminton, a place to hang out away from the adults. And the games barn is also available as an event space for all kinds of celebrations. Spend evenings around the camp fire, maybe toasting marshmallows and making plans for the next day over a few drinks.

The 3 bedrooms at the Long Barn are well set up for a mixed group. A super king with en suite master is a beautifully styled room with original ceiling beams, sky lights and tasteful soft furnishings. The quad room with 4 adult sized bunks is ideal as a den for the youngsters or for those happy to share.

Close proximity to fabulous beaches including Fowey's Readymoney Cove, Lantic Bay, Polruan and Polperro offer plenty of choice for a day out. Fowey is a gorgeous little seaside town with a quaint harbour and access to the South West Coastal Path.

- **Accessibility:** The Long Barn has level access facilities including wetroom. However access into the barn includes 2-3 steps.
- **Hot Tub:** Shared use of a wood fired hot tub and sauna with the yurts in summer. Exclusive use for Long Barn between October and March.

- **Games Room:** The games barn has table tennis, badminton and a basket ball loop.

## Booking Information

- Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. Weekend bookings run from Friday to Monday. Mid week bookings run from Monday to Friday. In school holidays only full week bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
