Set in peaceful countryside just outside Cardigan, the site offers 6 comfortable cottages and a cosy shepherd's hut. The arrangement of the properties allows a group to spend time together while still enjoying space and privacy, whether the group is made up of separate families, or a multi-generational gathering within one family. Events which can be held at the farm include small wedding celebrations, retreats and reunions, where for larger numbers a teepee or marquee can be hired. The accommodation is dog friendly throughout. Sleeps 31 across the site: Oak Cottage sleeps 9 Ash Cottage sleeps 4 (can be booked with Oak for 13 guests) Maple Cottage sleeps 5 Chestnut Cottage sleeps 5 (accessible cottage) Cherry Cottage sleeps 4 Cosy Cottage sleeps 2 Shepherd's hut sleeps 2 Four cottages and the shepherd's hut have private hot tubs, perfect for unwinding. There's a shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, reserved exclusively for those staying on site. Up to 13 can dine together in Oak Cottage, and Chestnut Cottage is the most accessible for anyone with mobility limitations. Bedrooms are arranged as doubles, kings, triples, singles and adult bunk rooms, with ample bathroom facilities. There's plenty to keep everyone entertained without leaving the farm. Children can enjoy the playframe, games field and garden railway, and friendly animals including our rabbits are always a hit. Adults can relax with the views across Cardigan Bay or enjoy outdoor games such as chess and FootGolf. And in the evening, step back in time and play with the Scalextric track, swim under the lights, or simply share time outside. The location makes it easy to explore the best of West Wales. The sandy beaches at Poppit Sands, Mwnt and Newport Sands are a short drive away and welcome dogs at certain times of year. The Wales Coastal Path offers memorable walks with sea views, while Cardigan and St Dogmaels have independent shops and excellent places to eat. Other nearby attractions include castles, boat trips to Skomer Island, the Preseli Hills and the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** 2 dogs welcome per cottage and must be kept on a lead outdoors at all times. Please don't leave dogs unattended. - **Accessibility:** All cottages are bungalows except for Oak Cottage and Maple Cottage, some with steps. Level path outside and ramp up to lounge in Chestnut Cottage. - **Hot Tub:** 5 properties have private hot tubs. - **WiFi:** WiFi is available throughout. - **Swimming Pool:** Seasonal, heated, outdoor swimming pool with gated entrance. - **Games Room:** Table tennis available. - **Dining Room:** Oak and Ash can seat 13 guests for a celebration.
