Trewern offers a large country house converted to dormitory style accommodation with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for large school group residentials and youth groups and organisations. Other accommodation also available on site.
We can organise bespoke packages for your group, including a range of activities suitable for all abilities and ages, with activities both on and off site. On-site facilities also include ropes course, assault course, indoor climbing centre, abseil tower, archery range, camping area with fire pit, Bushcraft area plus an Iron Age Hut. We have an AALS License for kayaking, open canoeing, paddle surfing, rock climbing, abseiling, coasteering, gorge scrambling, hill walking, mountaineering, off road cycling, caving.
We also hold a large bank of specialist equipment including waterproofs, walking boots, wellingtons, rucksacks, and can offer transport to activity venues too.
Experienced instructional staff are available to lead your group on request.
Bookings can be tailored to meet your requirements, whether this be self catering, full board accommodation without activities or an activity short break. You decide.
All of our staff are fully qualified teachers with specialist subject knowledge. Past courses have included: Geography and Biology (GCSE + A Level); Art, History, Music, English, Media Studies.
