Located on the luxury Lower Mill Estate, a 450 acre nature reserve and award-winning community of sustainable vacation homes, borne out of a passion to put nature first. The private country estate has 7 lakes, abundant wildlife and lovely walks. A paradise for nature lovers and bird watchers, so it's worth digging out the binoculars and keeping eyes peeled for wildfowl, deer and the first families of European beavers to be re-introduced into England.

Trout Lodge is just the place for chilled out gatherings of family and friends and a perfect place to unwind and recharge. Immaculately presented and spaciously arranged over three floors, the private balcony on the middle floor overlooking the trout pond offers an ideal spot for a glass of wine watching the sun go down. It is consistently given excellent reviews by guests.

Guests have complimentary use of an exclusive on-site spa with heated indoor and outdoor pools, a lily filtered eco-swimming pond, steam room, sauna, gym and treatment rooms. Additional, separate heated outdoor swimming pool.

Children are well catered for with play areas, a Miss Mouse Adventure Trail, a football pitch and trampolines. Families can explore to their hearts' content on foot or bikes on the private, traffic free paths among the lakes.

An early morning run, cycle, game of tennis or a gym session may appeal to some. Canoe, paddle board and bicycle hire is available on site and locally there are lake beaches, watersports, golf, angling and many more active pursuits.

The bistro-style restaurant on Lower Mill Estate offers a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and takeaway menu. Diners can enjoy fresh local produce for a true taste of the Cotswolds. Fresh made pizzas available from on-site pizza shack. Small shop on site selling local produce.

With wonderful local pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out.

- **Accessibility:** Not suitable for wheelchairs. May not be suitable for guests with limited mobility as only the ground floor rooms are accessible without using stairs.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** The sitting room area is fully equipped with a 40” LED Smart TV with FreeView HD, a Blu-ray/DVD player and a DAB/CD stereo. TV in double bedroom.
- **Games Room:** DVDs, books, board games, Brio trainset in house. Bikes & SUPs for hire. Tennis courts, MUGA pitch, childrens' playgrounds & table tennis on site.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The designer wood burner is perfect to gather around on winter nights (logs included with stays of 3 nights or more). Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one king size) with en suite bathrooms, a twin bedded room and 2 bunk bedrooms with adult-size bunk beds. Travel cot.
- **Linen:** All bedding provided: Egyptian cotton sheets, duvets, pillows. Towels supplied for use in house (bring own towels for use in the spa).
- **Bathrooms:** 1x en-suite bathroom, 1x en-suite shower room, 1x family bathroom with bath and shower over. Laundry room: washing machine, freezer & drying area.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chair, travel cot, changing-mat, stair gates, plastic plates, cups, bowls and toddler cutlery are available for our younger guests.
