Truffles Barn was newly converted in 2023, offering a fantastic shared space for multi-generation groups with views out across the wild-flower meadow. This holiday house near Chichester is just 5 minutes from West Wittering Beach, making it an ideal location for exploring the south coast. Perfect for long weekends or holidays with family and friends.
The owners live on site and are delighted to host groups looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in the Witterings. Please note the property location is ideal for families or relaxed group catch ups – and so not normally suitable for single gender groups / hen / stag do’s.
Just a short stroll from the Barn you'll also find an Annexe and two shepherd huts, with space for up to 18 guests across 4 units, as follows:

The property is brilliantly set up for groups - the expansive garden has a fire pit for you to enjoy, as well a hot tub that can be rented by arrangement with the owners.
In the Barn the accommodation is laid out across two floors, with three bedrooms on the ground floor and two upstairs. Two of the downstairs rooms are twins with a shared family bathroom. The other is a king-size with en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has views across the garden, an en-suite shower and a dressing room that can also be used for an infant and travel cot. The final upstairs bedroom also has an en-suite shower and twin beds.
The Barn has a large open-plan living space, which opens out onto the decking, outdoor seating and garden via bi-fold doors. The dining table can seat 12, with 4 more spaces at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for groups, and the large utility room has direct outdoor access and a boot room for all those coats and shoes after a long day on the beach.
There is high-speed Starlink WiFi throughout, and a TV both in the main room of the barn, plus a smaller snug upstairs, ideal for kids.
The Shepherds Huts both boast double beds, en-suite showers and a kitchenette. The Annexe has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus an open-plan living space and kitchen. The owners family swimming pool can also be available by arrangement.
