Reunions and gatherings for friends, families, cyclists, walkers, bird watchers, historians, small rural wedding celebrations, civilised hen parties; business colleagues can bond, friends can talk, walk, run, hug trees, pond dip, paint, sing, celebrate, dress up in costume, eat and be merry.

The 16th century aisled barn is huge, with flexible living space for large groups – room to be together - and apart. Comfortable beds in 4 doubles/twins/triple, 1 huge bedroom, in Tudor style, in the huge open plan barn for 16 - sleeping a total of 25+. Additional rooms in B&B farmhouse on bed only basis and completely separate bunkhouse down the track (no shared facilities), takes total accommodation available to 50 plus. Unsuitable for really rowdy groups.
Barn peacefully situated down a long farm drive, surrounded by meadows, hedges, ponds and yet more ancient listed barns (said to be one of the finest preserved 17th century farmyards in the country) next to the beautiful hall farmhouse.
The owners are unashamedly "green" - you'll be asked to recycle, compost, turn off lights, consider public transport options, appreciate local produce, enjoy taking to the bicycle and experiment going slow! For every towel you bring yourselves, £1 is donated to Suffolk Wildlife Trust towards the purchase of local nature reserves.
